A Real Estate Sales & Marketing Firm

WMA’s philosophy is to partner with our developer clients.  We work a project from inception through to the final close of escrow and ensure that all deliverables are in place through every step of the sales cycle.

In addition, we treat our clients’ marketing budget as if it was our own. We also ensure the implementation of smart pricing models at the launch of a project and react quickly with price adjustments as needed.
